Husky IVO 4 Hours Mission Critical Support is an additional support service that covers 24/7 on-site intervention and must be purchased together with the Husky IVO unit as a standalone SKU. If the hardware incident happens outside Milestone Technical Support business hours, contact Dell Technologies Technical Support directly. Note that you need to provide the Husky IVO machine’s Service Tag and you will be asked to assist with troubleshooting (pull logs, etc.).  During Milestone Technical Support business hours partners are requested to follow the standard process and report the issue via Milestone Technical Support.
